1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the person named in the Legal Notice.

2. Hosting, Delivery and Server Log Files

This website runs on the controller’s own hardware in Germany. It is delivered to your browser via the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cloudflare”). Cloudflare establishes the encrypted connection between your browser and our server, provides name resolution (DNS) and protects the website against attacks. In doing so, Cloudflare processes in particular:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of access
• Requested URL / file name
• Transferred data volume
• Referrer URL (previously visited page)
• Browser type and version, operating system

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely, quickly and reliably. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Article 45 GDPR). To protect against attacks, Cloudflare may in individual cases set technically necessary security cookies. More information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

On our own server, requests are logged without IP addresses (date, time, requested page, status code, referrer, browser type). These logs are used solely for error analysis and do not allow any conclusions about your identity.

The domain is registered with do.de / Greatnet GmbH (Germany). The registrar receives no data about visitors to this website.

3. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

4. Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, the transmitted personal data (e.g., email address, name, message content) will be used solely to process your request (Article 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).

Emails to addresses at run24ai.de are received via Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a mailbox hosted by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Data will be deleted after the request is completed, at the latest after 12 months, unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Cookies / Tracking / External Services

This website uses no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and no external tracking or analytics services.

6. Fonts (Google Fonts – Local Hosting)

The fonts used (Roboto) are hosted locally on our own server. No connection is made to servers of Google LLC; therefore, no data transfer to third countries occurs.

7. Categories of Recipients

As part of technical operations, personal data are received by Cloudflare, Inc. (website delivery, email forwarding) and Google (email mailbox), as described in sections 2 and 4. No further transfer of personal data to third parties takes place.

8. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to obtain information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection under Articles 15–21 GDPR. Please contact hello@run24ai.de for this purpose.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The competent authority for North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany) is:

9. Further Processing in Client Projects

Within individual AI and automation projects, run24ai processes personal data solely on behalf of the respective clients and based on appropriate agreements (e.g., Data Processing Agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR).

The systems, server locations, and data flows used may vary by project (e.g., different European data centers or encrypted communication services). All processing takes place exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA) or under equivalent data protection standards.

Detailed information on technical and organizational measures (TOMs), retention periods, and hosting providers is made available to clients individually within their project documentation.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy if technical or legal changes make it necessary.
